Finish

The finish exhibits a soft, matte texture with subtle tonal transitions. Under directional lighting, the pastel pigments reveal depth and a non-reflective, sophisticated lustre.

Maintenance

To preserve the artistic integrity of your handcrafted tiles, clean surfaces with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive chemicals or scouring pads that may compromise the pigment layer. For deeper cleaning in high-traffic UAE environments, a slightly damp cloth with pH-neutral soap is recommended. Regular dusting prevents particulate buildup on the textured surface.

Frequently asked questions

Can the Pastel Painting tiles be customized to specific color palettes?
Yes, as part of the Prastara art collection, we offer full customization. Our design team in Jebel Ali works closely with architects and interior designers to match specific color schemes or branding requirements. With over 500 finishes in our library, we can adjust the pastel tones, saturation, and blending techniques to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your interior vision while maintaining the artistic integrity of the PP001 series.
What is the typical lead time for custom artistic wall tiles in the UAE?
Lead times vary based on project scale and complexity. Generally, for bespoke handcrafted tiles, production takes 4 to 6 weeks following design approval. Since our manufacturing hub is located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, we offer significantly reduced logistics timelines for projects within the GCC, ensuring rapid delivery and support for installation teams on-site.
Are these tiles suitable for high-humidity areas like bathrooms?
While the Pastel Painting collection is primarily designed for dry interior feature walls, we can apply specific protective topcoats to enhance moisture resistance. If your project requires installation in a semi-wet area or high-humidity environment, please specify this during the inquiry phase so our engineers can select the appropriate substrate and sealant to ensure long-term durability.
