For exterior applications, we recommend a breathable silane-based sealer to prevent dust accumulation and moisture ingress. For interior use, regular dusting or a damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid acidic cleaners which can etch the natural brick surface; instead, use pH-neutral cleaning agents to maintain the lime-wash appearance.

Are these tiles suitable for the Dubai climate?
Yes, the Lime Brick Tile is specifically engineered to withstand the extreme temperature fluctuations and high UV exposure common in the UAE and GCC. The 12mm thickness ensures thermal stability, while the material composition prevents warping or fading over time, making it a reliable choice for exterior brick cladding on high-rise or residential projects.
Can I install these over existing drywall?
For interior applications, these decorative brick tiles can be installed over cement backer boards or reinforced drywall. However, for exterior facade brick UAE projects, we recommend a solid masonry or concrete substrate to ensure long-term adhesion and structural integrity under wind loads. Always use a high-quality flexible adhesive to accommodate thermal movement.
Do I need to grout these tiles?
While they can be dry-stacked for a contemporary look, we generally recommend a 10mm grout joint to accommodate thermal expansion, especially for exterior use. A matching or contrasting lime-based mortar enhances the authentic masonry appearance and provides better protection against the elements.
