Powder Coating Repair and Touch-Up
Powder coating is the application of a protective finish to a wide range of materials, including furniture and woodwork. This finish is sprayed via electrostatic spray deposition and then heat cured to provide a hard surface that is more durable and resistant to wear and tear than ordinary paint. Powder Coating also gives a more visually attractive surface and can assist to prevent the wood from deterioration due to weathering or other environmental causes. Powder Coating Repair and Touch-Up refers to the process of repairing any damage to a powder coated surface. Scratches, chipping, fading, and other small flaws are examples of this. The surface is then reapplied with powder coating and dried to integrate the restored areas.
