Project Management
Design and fabrication is a subset of project management that requires the coordination of resources, materials, equipment, and procedures in order to develop, build, and install custom furniture. Our project managers are well-versed in the materials and processes used in furniture manufacturing and design, as well as the ability to manage staff, supplies, and budgets. They may also create drawings and blueprints that correctly reflect the demands of the customer while satisfying all safety and quality standards. Our managers may oversee the whole process, from the initial concept through the ordering of materials and tools, manufacturing, and installation. They must also be able to collaborate closely with suppliers and vendors in order to execute the project on time and under budget.
