Frequently asked questions

Can these art collection wall tiles be customized to specific dimensions?
Yes, every piece in the Prastara Oil Painting range is manufactured as per requirement at our Jebel Ali facility. We collaborate with architects and interior designers in Dubai and the wider GCC to create bespoke dimensions that fit specific wall niches or large-scale feature installations. Whether you require a single statement tile or a multi-panel mural, our team ensures the artistic composition is scaled perfectly to your architectural drawings to ensure a seamless fit.
What substrates are suitable for installing these artistic wall tiles?
These designer tiles are engineered for versatility and can be mounted on most stable architectural substrates, including reinforced gypsum, masonry, or integrated metal framing systems. Given their handcrafted nature, we recommend using high-specification adhesives suitable for heavy-duty decorative tiles. For large-scale projects in the UAE, IHGIND provides detailed installation guides to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic alignment of the art collection mural.
Are these handcrafted tiles suitable for outdoor use in the UAE climate?
While primarily designed for luxury interiors, certain variations of our art collection wall tiles can be specified for sheltered outdoor areas. However, for direct exposure to the Dubai sun and humidity, we recommend a consultation with our technical team. We can apply specific UV-resistant finishes and weather-grade sealants to the artistic wall tiles to ensure the pigments and textures remain stable against the harsh GCC environmental conditions over time.
