Yes, the 12mm thickness makes it an ideal lightweight solution for high-rise exterior brick cladding. It reduces the dead load on the structure compared to traditional bricks while providing the same aesthetic. When installed with high-quality adhesives recommended for the GCC climate, it offers excellent wind-load resistance and durability. Our Jebel Ali facility ensures these tiles meet the rigorous demands of large-scale architectural projects.
Can these decorative brick tiles be used in wet areas like bathrooms?
While the brick material is naturally porous, it can be used in interior wet areas if properly sealed with a high-quality water-repellent sealer. This prevents moisture absorption and efflorescence. However, they are not recommended for direct immersion areas like swimming pool interiors. For bathroom feature walls, we recommend a professional sealant to maintain the finish against humidity.
